Baja Fresh will donate 15% on all sales to the PTA. If they sell $1,000 worth of food, they kick the percentage up to 20% (after reaching $1,000).  Be sure to bring the Rio Vista Flier with you (to be sent home before the event), and come have dinner with some friends.

Welcome to the Rio Vista Elementary PTA Web Site!


Rio Vista Elementary is a wonderful, closely connected school community on the rise! With the combined efforts of students, teachers, administrators, parents and all supporters, our school’s API score has risen from 605 in 2000 to 866 in 2011!

The goal for the future of the Rio Vista PTA is to unite people by working together to improve our school environment through volunteer work to operate enriching events and through fundraising to support educational improvements.  We welcome all to explore the site, as every hand is a helping one.

Fresh & Easy Shopping Night

Plan a big grocery shopping trip to stock your freezer, and tell your friends and neighbors! Our school will receive 5% of the total sales at our local Fresh & Easy Store at 1615 W. Verdugo Avenue (Burbank) between the hours of 4pm and 8pm on Wednesday, January 25.

VALET VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We are in need of volunteers to help with the morning and afternoon Valet Drop-off and Pick-up.  Please contact cglove23@yahoo.com if you can spare 20 minutes a day, a week, a month or only occasionally.  

Golf Tournament Committee Needs Volunteers

We are gearing up again to start planning for this summer’s Golf Tournament. If you are interested in joining the planning committee, please contact me. We’d be happy for any and all help you can provide.
